You Make the Introduction
Complete the referral form below with the landlord's name, contact details and property address. That's all we need from you.
We Do the Rest
We reach out to the landlord, carry out a free property assessment, and handle the full onboarding process. You don't need to do anything else.
You Get Paid
Once the property has been live with us for 3 months, your referral fee is paid. Between £200 and £500 depending on property size.

Your Earnings Can Add Up Quickly
There's no limit to how many landlords you can refer. A tradesperson working across Norwich and King's Lynn who refers just five landlords in a year could earn anywhere between £1,000 and £2,500 — simply for making introductions they'd make anyway.
