Before You Book

Which tier is right for me?+

If you're at the early thinking stage and just need expert clarity, Tier 1 is perfect. If your property is ready or nearly ready and you want someone to come and see it, Tier 2 gives you that. If you want everything specified, priced and sourced so you can just get on with it, Tier 3 is the one.

Do you only cover Norwich and King's Lynn?+

Tier 1 is fully remote so it's available anywhere in the UK. Tiers 2 and 3 require a site visit, which is available within the Norwich and King's Lynn area. If you're just outside this area, get in touch and we can discuss.

Can I upgrade from one tier to another?+

Yes. If you start with Tier 1 and decide you'd like a site visit, just get in touch and we'll arrange an upgrade. You'll only pay the difference between the tiers.

What is the £150 credit?+

If you go on to sign a full management agreement with Curated Keys after your consultation, you receive a £150 credit toward your onboarding fee. It's valid for 12 months from the date of your consultation and is applied automatically when you sign up.

What is Voxer and how does it work?+

Voxer is a messaging app that works like a walkie-talkie — you can send voice notes, text messages and photos. With Tier 3 you get unlimited access to Helen on Voxer throughout your setup period, so if you have a question while you're shopping for furniture or setting up your listing, you can get an instant answer rather than waiting for an email.

What is your cancellation policy?+

You can reschedule with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations made before any work has commenced receive a 50% refund. No refund is available once a consultation has taken place or materials have been delivered. Full terms at curatedkeys.co.uk/terms-conditions.

Does this mean you'll manage my property afterwards?+

Not automatically — these consultations are standalone services. However, if you'd like to discuss full management after your consultation, I'd love to have that conversation. The £150 credit is there to make the transition as easy as possible if you decide to go that route.
